We are committed to delivering our products to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over £50 within the United Kingdom, and an additional £3.50 shipping for orders under £50. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can monitor the status of your delivery.

How We Do It
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from the Vegan Bath House. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us via email info@theveganbathhouse.co.uk to request a return authorization. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return. Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
